We deliver to all countries worldwide except Indonesia.

How long does delivery take?

Orders was made before 1pm, Monday - Friday, will be sent that day*; orders received after 1pm will be sent out on the next business day. It should arrive the following business day.

International delivery times vary, Europe is generally 2-3 working days from date of despatch, Russian Federation & the rest of the world is generally 4-7 working days from despatch (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control).

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email dispatch confirmation to confirm your goods have been despatched, it will also contain a tracking link.

Changing the delivery address

For online orders, there is the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately. We will try to amend them. Orders placed by telephone must be shipped to the billing address. If the order has already left our office, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Additional information

Occasionally we may carry out security checks on orders. If you have been asked to supply additional information please remember that we cannot begin the dispatch process until the information is received.

Further information by destination country customs

Each country has their own goods import procedures. USA customs sometimes need further details of a high value orders, such as manufacturer details. If you have an order in customs, please contact us on info@meccanicacycles.com quoting your order no and we can help you

Customs & import charges

Customs and import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid directly by the recipient of the parcel.

We have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we cannot tell you what the cost would be. Non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount.

If any parcels returned due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction less costs incurred.

Orders not recieved

International shipments can occasionally be held up in customs or there can be delays between countries. If you’re an international customer who’s order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days from despatch, please contact info@meccanicacycles.com

Please check that you have not got a card from the couriers.

Returns

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

In order for items to be refunded they must be received in original condition (i.e. unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging) with either the dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details.

If you‘d like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you place another order and return the original item. This is to ensure the item you‘d like is in stock, as availability can change quickly.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item we know who the return relates to, so please ensure you enclose the completed returns form, dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details. Without this information we won‘t be able to identify which customer has sent the return and take the appropriate action.

Any refund will automatically be credited to the card or PayPal account used to make the original payment within 5 working days of receipt of the return.

All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back.

Goods returned within 28 days of purchase with a slight fault, for example some loose stitching, will either be professionally repaired or replaced on a like for like basis.

If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on underwear.

Please note the following:
1. All return charges are the Customer ‘s liability.
2. We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
